The three withdrawal methods
The Vision11 app supports three withdrawal methods: UPI, bank transfer, and wallet payout. The desk republishes median processing windows as ranges; the in-app Wallet is the canonical source.
UPI withdrawal
UPI is the fastest withdrawal method. The median processing window is minutes for verified accounts. The UPI ID must be linked to the same name as the PAN on the verified account.
Bank transfer withdrawal
Bank transfer is the standard withdrawal method. The median processing window is hours to one business day. The bank account must be linked to the same name as the PAN on the verified account.
Wallet payout
Wallet payout is a partner-wallet option. The median processing window is minutes. The partner wallet must be linked to the same name as the PAN on the verified account.
The KYC requirement
KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal. PAN and a bank account or UPI ID in the same name are the standard documents. The Wallet & KYC page covers the verification flow.
How this read fits with the rest of the desk
This is the withdrawal window walk-through. The Withdrawal page covers the full flow. The Wallet & KYC page covers KYC documents. The Winners hub carries the anonymized payout ledger.
